What we look for in a space
There is no fixed size: we assess each site. These criteria help you see if it is a fit.
Foot traffic
Tourist, retail or transport-adjacent areas get more use.
Electricity
A nearby socket is enough to power the system (consumption only ≈ 15-30 kWh/month).
A visible corner
Lockers work best when they are easy to find at the entrance or along a walkway.
Access hours
24/7 access is ideal; extended hours can also work, case by case.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy the lockers?
No. In this partnership LockerArea installs and operates the lockers. You provide the space; commercial terms (rent or revenue share) are set after the site visit.
Is construction work required?
Usually not. We need a free corner and a socket. If a small adjustment is needed, we assess it on site.
Who handles faults and customers?
LockerArea. Bookings, codes, payments, support and maintenance stay with us.
Must the space be open 24 hours?
That is preferable, because luggage demand also comes overnight and at early check-outs. Tighter hours are reviewed case by case.
Is there insurance?
The customer service includes LockerArea operational cover. Partnership contract details are explained in the proposal after the site review.
How long does the partnership last?
We agree a stable period to justify installation. The exact term is in the written proposal, not on this page.
When and how do I get paid?
Payment is made by bank transfer by the fifth working day of the following month. For example, January is transferred by the fifth working day of February.
