1. Definitions

LockerArea refers to the luggage storage service operated by LockerArea, Lda.

User refers to any person who uses LockerArea services.

Locker refers to the locker or storage space rented by the user.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using LockerArea services, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use our services.

3. Service Description

LockerArea provides automatic lockers for temporary storage of luggage and personal belongings. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via PIN code access.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are made online through our website.
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
  • The rental period starts on the date/time indicated in the booking.
  • Refunds are not accepted after the rental period begins.

5. Prohibited Items

It is strictly prohibited to store:

  • Illegal or dangerous substances
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Flammable materials
  • Perishable food
  • Live animals
  • Items valued over €500 (not insured)

6. Liability

LockerArea is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by force majeure
  • Items left after the rental period ends
  • Misuse of the access code by the user

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Data is used exclusively for service provision and related communications.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lisbon.
